International Graduate Director
The S.H.I.N.E Affect! 5 key focal points to help me analyze, strategize, and
S - Share data, H - Hear ideas, I - Ignite your Zeta light, N - Network Globally, and E - Energize to Maximize the graduate potential.
My role is to work with the International First Anti-Basileus, the International Director of Programs, and Graduate Chapters in interpretation and implementation of the international programs for graduate Sorors across the entire organization.
I will work with the International Elected and Appointed Sorors to assist with the needs of the sisterhood.
I will act as an ombudsman for Graduate members. My duties will include, but not limited to, acting as as the liaison for Graduate members and continue voicing your concerns to the Board of Directors via visualized reports. Advanced technology will afford me the opportunity to provide reports in digital format to the Board of Directors and to report out to the sisterhood during Annual Meetings. Reports will also be provided during Quarterly meetings, if there are action items which need to be addressed.
An ombudsman is defined as an official appointed to investigate individuals' complaints against maladministration, especially that of public authorities.
Connecting the dots is key. I will collaborate with the strategic director to aggregate shared data collected from demographic surveys that voice your concerns. Also continue to analyze data, and prepare reports to present to the Board of Directors and the sisterhood.
